Ø  Contacting retailers or foodservice operators so as to define which are the product categories which require enlargement and relevant growth.

Ø  Defining with the retailer or the foodservice operators the requirements and the strategies needed to develop the selected product categories.

Ø  Finding the manufacturer which has the will to develop the category together with the retailers or the foodservice operators.

Ø  Operating locally through proposed organizations in order to give the retailer and the manufacturer the required services; from order processing, proposing logistical solutions, through availability of the products at all times…..

Ø  Obtaining statistical details in order to better understand the actions required in order to promote the products accordingly.
